Sherry Scholer

Sherry Scholer is the director of marketing and communications for Project VisAbility, a non-profit created to provide jobs in health and fitness for individuals with physical challenges. She also owns and manages Scholer Marketing, a branding, marketing and communications consultancy based in San Francisco, CA.

Sherry was the Director of Global and Corporate Communications for Verigy, a semiconductor test equipment manufacturer and spin-off of Agilent Technologies, until 2008. Prior to that, she was with Agilent Technologies and with Hewlett-Packard. Sherry has held positions in marketing communications, marketing program management, applications engineering and technical sales.

Sherry received her Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from Union College, in Schenectady, NY in 1980; a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Baltimore in Baltimore, MD in 1984; and a Diploma for proficiency in German Language, from the Goethe Institute in Germany in 1999, during the 4-1/2 years she spent overseas working on assignment in Böblingen, Germany.

Born in New York City, NY, Sherry currently lives in downtown San Francisco. In addition to her passion for marketing, she enjoys sailing, traveling and staying fit through daily workouts.
